Privacy Policy

You can browse and claim deals on SaaS On Deal without an account. We only collect personal information you choose to give us, for example when you subscribe to the deals email, write a review, submit a deal for your company, or email us.

• Newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed from.
• Reviews: the name, optional role and review text you submit. We don’t ask for your email.
• Deal submissions: your name, work email, role, company and the details of the offer.
• Emails to us: whatever you include in your message.

We also collect technical information automatically: pages viewed, which offers were claimed, referring sites, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. This comes from server logs, analytics tools and cookies.

• To run the site, show deals and count how many times each offer is claimed.
• To send the deals email you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To moderate and publish reviews.
• To review deal submissions and reply to the companies that sent them.
• To understand which deals and categories are useful, and improve the site.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse.

SaaS On Deal does not sell your personal information.

• Service providers that host the site, store data, send email and measure traffic, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Software vendors, in aggregate: we may tell a vendor how many people claimed their offer. We don’t share your identity unless you give it to them yourself when you sign up.
• Partner and affiliate networks, which may record that a visit came from SaaS On Deal when you follow a partner link.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and SaaS On Deal.

We use a small amount of local storage to remember which offers you’ve claimed, so a claim isn’t counted twice. Analytics and advertising partners may set cookies to measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

When you click Get now you’re usually sent to the vendor’s website. Their privacy policy applies once you’re there, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, reviews while they’re published, and deal submissions for as long as we have a relationship with the company.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email contact@saasondeal.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
