By using saasondeal.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

SaaS On Deal lists discounts, credits and other offers on business software made by third-party companies (“vendors”). We are not the seller of any product listed. When you claim a deal, your purchase or sign-up is an agreement between you and the vendor, on the vendor’s terms.

We check offers before they go live and review them while they’re listed, but vendors can change or end an offer at any time. We can’t guarantee that a deal is available, that you’ll qualify, or that it will be applied by the vendor.

• Read the conditions on every offer before you sign up or pay.
• Most offers are for new customers only and may be limited by region, company stage or plan.
• Codes and links are for your own use. Don’t resell, publish or automate them.

If a deal doesn’t work as described, tell us and we’ll follow up with the vendor.

Some links on SaaS On Deal are partner or affiliate links. If you sign up through them, the vendor may pay us a fee. This never changes the price you pay. Vendors can’t pay to remove reviews or change what our reviews say.

When you submit a review or a deal, you confirm it’s accurate, your own, and doesn’t break any law or anyone’s rights. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and display it on SaaS On Deal and in our marketing. We may decline or remove any submission.

• Reviews must describe your own experience with the product.
• Vendors must not review their own products or competitors’ products.
• No spam, abuse, personal information about others, or promotional links.

• Don’t scrape, copy or republish deals, codes or content in bulk.
• Don’t interfere with the site, its security, or claim counts.
• Don’t use the site to break the law or a vendor’s terms.

The SaaS On Deal name, wordmark, design and original writing belong to us. Vendor names, logos and product descriptions belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, SaaS On Deal isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from vendor products, or from a deal being changed, withdrawn or refused. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
