What we publish

How to choose a tool in a category, what to pay, and which plan is worth it.

  • Negotiation playbooks

Renewals, multi-year discounts, startup programmes and getting the price down.

  • Stack breakdowns

The tools a real company runs on, what they cost and what you’d change.

  • Hands-on reviews

Honest reviews of a product after months of real use, including the downsides.

  • Credits and perks

How to find, stack and actually use cloud credits and startup perks.

  • Cost cutting

Auditing your SaaS spend, cutting seats, and consolidating tools.

Guidelines

Keep these in mind before you pitch. They’re what our editors check first.

  • 1,200 to 2,500 words, original and not published anywhere else.
  • Written from your own experience, with real numbers, screenshots or examples.
  • Clear and direct. No fluff, no hype, no keyword stuffing.
  • Disclose any relationship with the products you mention.
  • One author bio link. We don’t accept paid links in articles.
